Ingredients

  • 1 lb beaver tail meat, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the beaver tail meat, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
