Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the wok, pour in the beef broth, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
