Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
