Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Divide the beef and rice mixture among the tortillas, top with shredded cheese, and fold the sides to form burritos.
- Place the burritos in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
