Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, vinegar, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until the meat is tender.
  4. Add the green chilies and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
