Beef Chilly Fry Tacos

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, vinegar, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and green chilies until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until the beef is tender and the masala is dry.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the beef chilly fry on the tortillas and topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
