Beef Chilly Fry Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 8 tostada shells

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beef, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the beef is tender.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each tostada shell and serve immediately.
