Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 8 tostada shells
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the beef, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each tostada shell and serve immediately.
