Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the flour in another shallow dish.
  3. Dip each beef slice into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the beef cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
