Beef Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the flour in another shallow dish.
- Dip each beef slice into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
