Beef Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
- Place a heaping spoonful of the beef and vegetable filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll up the wrappers, following the package instructions for sealing.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
