Beef Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the cooked beef mixture over the chips, then top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomato, black olives, jalapenos, sour cream, and cilantro.
