Ingredients
- 4 slices of beef (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 dill pickles, sliced lengthwise

- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on each slice of beef.
- Place 2 slices of bacon and 2 pickle slices on top of each beef slice.
- Sprinkle chopped onions over the bacon and pickles.
- Roll up the beef slices and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the beef roulades on all sides.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour, until the beef is tender.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
