Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chunks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the beef chunks on all sides, then remove and set aside.
