Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
