Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
