Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onions and green chilies. Cook until the onions are golden brown.
