Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh noodles
- 1/4 cup ground pork
- 2 tbsp Tianmianjiang (sweet bean sauce)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
- Add Tianmianjiang, soy sauce, and cooking oil to the pork, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Divide the noodles among serving bowls and top with shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, and chopped green onions.
