Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh noodles
  • 1/4 cup ground pork
  • 2 tbsp Tianmianjiang (sweet bean sauce)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
  3. Add Tianmianjiang, soy sauce, and cooking oil to the pork, and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Divide the noodles among serving bowls and top with shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, and chopped green onions.
