Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar. Add the chicken wings and marinate for 15 minutes.
