Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 30 round dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing the dumplings
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Remove the dumplings from the pot with a slotted spoon and serve hot with dipping sauce.
