Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the lamb from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked lamb to the wok. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, cumin powder, chili flakes, and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the lamb is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
  6. Transfer the spicy cumin lamb to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro.
