Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the sliced lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the lamb from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Return the cooked lamb to the wok. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, cumin powder, chili flakes, and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the lamb is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
- Transfer the spicy cumin lamb to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro.
