Ingredients
- 2 bitter melons
- 1/2 pound ground pork

Instructions

- Stuff the pork mixture into the bitter melon halves.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then place the stuffed bitter melon in the pan.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes, then uncover and continue cooking for another 15 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked and the bitter melon is tender.
