Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to a simmer.
- Add the beef back into the wok and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
