Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1/4 cup water

Instructions

- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.

- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
