Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb chunks with salt, pepper, and paprika.

- In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
