Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced

- 2 habanero peppers, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the lamb over medium heat.
- Add the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and habanero peppers to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the peanut butter and water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
