Berber Spiced Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, about 4 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons Berber spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
