Ingredients

  • 500g fresh Alaskan king crab legs
  • 300g wild-caught salmon fillet
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and white wine, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the crab legs and salmon fillet to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
