Ingredients

  • 4 burger patties
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup curry ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the curry ketchup and curry powder. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  3. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
