Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, cooked rice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the stuffed peppers with vegetable oil and cover the dish with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
  7. Serve the stuffed peppers hot and enjoy!
