Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup tapioca flour

Instructions
- Boil the fish fillets until cooked, then drain and let them cool.
- Once cooled, flake the fish into small pieces and mix with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Add tapioca flour to the fish mixture and knead until well combined.
- Roll out the fish mixture thinly and cut into small squares or rectangles.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish crackers until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Let them cool before serving.
