Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 200g cabbage, thinly sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cucumber, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, and red chilies.
- In a saucepan, combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, garlic, and salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
