Ingredients
- 4 pieces of fish fillet
- 8 cups of water
- 2 tomatoes, sliced

- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
- In a pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the fish fillet, tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind paste, salt, and sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes.
