Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 lavash bread sheets
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin kebab shape.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- Warm the lavash bread sheets on the stovetop or in the oven.
- Place a cooked lamb kebab on each lavash bread sheet and roll it up tightly.
- In a small saucepan, heat the tomato sauce until warmed through.
- Serve the Beyti Kebabi with a drizzle of tomato sauce, a dollop of yogurt, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
