Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Make a deep slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket for the stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix together onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cilantro, mint leaves, cashews, and salt.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place the stuffed chicken breasts in the pan.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
