Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked minced meat (chicken or beef)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside.
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil and add cumin seeds. Sauté until they crackle.
- Add the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Next, add the minced meat, tomatoes, peas, mashed potatoes, and all the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the prepared mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bell peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
