Bheja na Cutlets (भेजा ना कटलेट्स)

Ingredients

  • 250g goat brain, boiled and mashed
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the mashed goat brain, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into cutlets.
  3. Dip each cutlet in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
