Ingredients
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 cup turnip greens, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour with water to form a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles.
- Place a small amount of turnip greens and cheese in the center of each circle.
- Fold the circles in half and seal the edges to form dumplings.
- Boil the dumplings in salted water for 15-20 minutes until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
