Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup turnip greens, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour with water to form a smooth dough.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles.
  3. Place a small amount of turnip greens and cheese in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the circles in half and seal the edges to form dumplings.
  5. Boil the dumplings in salted water for 15-20 minutes until they float to the surface.
  6. Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
