Ingredients

- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the onions are soft.
- Add the turmeric, cumin powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Next, add the tomatoes, bell pepper, and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Gently stir in the cheese and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the stew has thickened.
