Ingredients
- 1 lb dried beef, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4-5 green chilies, sliced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 cup radish, sliced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the dried beef and cook until browned.
- Add the onions, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the radish and spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in the water and season with salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed and serve hot.
