  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
