Ingredients
- 2 cups buckwheat noodles
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the buckwheat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and green chilies to the pan and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in the soy sauce and salt, then add the boiled buckwheat noodles to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
