Ingredients
- 2 bundles of naengmyeon noodles

Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cucumber, and radish.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Divide the bibim naengmyeon into serving bowls and top with sliced hard-boiled eggs and roasted sesame seeds.
