Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup julienned zucchini
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- Gochujang sauce
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Divide the cooked rice among 4 bowls.
- Sauté the carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and spinach separately with sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
- Season the beef with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil, then cook it in a hot skillet.
- Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- Arrange the sautéed vegetables, beef, and fried egg on top of the rice in each bowl.
- Drizzle with gochujang sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Mix everything together before eating.
