Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a charred exterior.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
