Bihari-style Keema Paratha (बिहारी-स्टाइल कीमा पराठा)

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat with chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt.
- Divide the dough and meat mixture into equal portions.
- Roll out each portion of the dough into a small circle and place a portion of the meat mixture in the center.
- Seal the edges and roll out into a paratha.
- Cook the paratha on a hot griddle with oil until both sides are golden brown.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough and meat mixture.
- Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
