Birch Syrup Glazed Moose Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs moose ribs
  • 1 cup birch syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the moose ribs with salt and pepper, then place them in a roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the birch syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the moose ribs, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the glaze every 10 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are caramelized and tender, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
