Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, almond extract, and orange blossom water until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

- Remove the logs from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the logs on the diagonal into 1/2-inch thick biscotti.
- Arrange the biscotti cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp.
- Transfer the biscotti to a wire rack to cool completely.
