Bisquick Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick mix and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently a few times.
- Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick circle and cut into 8 wedges.
- Place the scones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the scones cool for a few minutes before serving.
