Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized bitter gourds, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the thinly sliced bitter gourd and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they turn crispy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
