Ingredients
- 1 pound bitter leaf, washed
- 1 pound assorted meats (beef, tripe, and cow foot)
- 2 cups stockfish, soaked
- 1 cup crayfish, ground
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons palm oil
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 3 seasoning cubes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the assorted meats and stockfish in a pot with water and seasoning cubes until tender.
- Heat palm oil in a separate pot, add chopped onions, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the washed bitter leaf to the pot with palm oil and onions, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked meats and stockfish to the pot, then pour in the stock from the boiled meats.
- Add ground crayfish, ground pepper, and salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the ground crayfish and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
