Bitterballen Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup of chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped bell peppers
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares.
  3. Spread a teaspoon of marinara sauce on each square.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Add a few pieces of pepperoni, black olives, and bell peppers on each square.
  6. Roll up the squares and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the top of each roll with beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the pizza rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
