Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the bread to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids.

- Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
