Black Forest Cherry Chutney (Schwarzwälder Kirsch-Chutney)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the cherries, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, red onion, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
